One Love Studio YYC Policies

One Love Studio is a time based business, we can’t recoup lost time due to last minute cancellations or no shows. Please ensure you give adequate notice so that your spot may be filled with someone from the waitlist.

Cancellations/Appointment changes: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours to change or cancel an appointment. The more notice the better, so that the time can be filled by a waitlist client. If you don’t notify of any changes prior to your appointment day, you’ll still be required to pay for all the time booked.

Deposits: After consulting for the time required for your desired service, a deposit may be required to secure the appointment. This will go towards the final cost of your service. Please send the deposit to onelovestudioyyc@gmail.com. If you fail to give 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment you will lose the deposit

No Show Policy: If you No Text/No Show your appointment, you will be charged for the time that was reserved for you, please be considerate of others waiting for appointments if you can’t make it.

* If there is a need to cancel or change an appointment, please do your best to send a text regardless of time of day. Please make sure you confirm the date and time of your appointment when you receive the appointment confirmation to avoid disappointment*
