Special Instructions

One Love Studio is a private studio designed for one client at a time. Please text or use contactless check-in on the Vagaro app upon your arrival so we can let you know when to head to the suite. Feel free to use the washroom when you arrive and if its nice out you're free to relax on the patio while you're waiting for your appointment time. Children are welcome if they have an appointment but there is nowhere for them to sit if they aren't receiving a service so please arrange alternate child care so you can relax. Refreshments and small snacks are available.

Parking

Use the QR code inside for 1 hour of free parking on the surface or underground lot, don’t forget your license plate number! Otherwise there is lots of free street parking around the building.

Accessibility

2 elevators & 2 wheelchair-accessible washrooms, accessible parking spots on surface lot as well as the first floor of the underground parking

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Please note a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel, reschedule or adjust an appointment. Failure to do so will result in FULL payment of the reserved time. No Show/No Call will also result in full payment for the missed appointment.

*Our stylists livelihood is dependent on your commitment to the time you reserve and they are not compensated unless they can perform hair services.
