One Love Studio YYC Policies

After consulting with Claire for the time required for your desired service, a deposit will be required to secure the appointment. This will go towards the final cost of your service. Please send a 50% deposit to 403 852 2846. If you fail to give 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment you will lose the deposit. Since One Love Studio is a time based business, we can’t recoup lost time. Please ensure you give adequate notice so that your spot may be filled with someone from the waitlist.

No Show Policy

If you No Text/No Show your appointment, you will be charged for the time that was reserved for you.

Please do your best to send a quick text to 403 852 2846 regardless of time of day, if there is a need to change an appointment. Please make sure you confirm the date and time of your appointment when you receive the appointment confirmation as to avoid disappointment.

Short Notice Cancellation/ Reschedule

If you fail to give a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be responsible to compensate One Love Studio YYC for the time that was reserved for you. Please do your best to communicate.
